Your Well-being
A few weeks ago, we shared with you the exciting news about a new well-being program named Level and its planned launch on January 1. Unfortunately, Level will no longer be able to administer our well-being benefits in 2025.
Please rest assured that your well-being benefit is not going away. We are committed to offering this benefit and have been exploring new vendors.
Well-being Benefits For You Now
Until we have a new vendor in place, we will support your well-being via T&E reimbursements. Effective immediately, you will be able to spend up to the quarterly maximum of $200 USD for your well-being (see eligible items below).
How to Get Reimbursed
- Visit Concur or via Okta any time between Jan. 13 – March 31, 2025.
- Submit an expense report with only your well-being expenses (please do not combine with any other T&E expenses). For first-time Concur users, see how to create an expense report.
- Select ‘Well-being (DJ Only)’ from the dropdown menu.
- All submissions must include a receipt.
The same type of expenses that would have been eligible under Level will remain eligible under our interim solution via T&E reimbursements, including items like:
